FAQs
Is KIRA wheelchair accessible?
We are wheelchair accessible on the ground floor only.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
We can accommodate vegans, vegetarians, or any other dietary requirements, as long as we know at least 3 days in advance.
What else can you offer for our event?
We are happy to recommend decorations and entertainment from our preferred vendors.
The restaurant can be equipped with full sound systems, which you can use to play your own music. We do not have a television screen on site, but this can be arranged at an additional cost and service fee. POA.
Is your meat halal?
Our meat is not halal. However, we have a great selection of vegetarian and fish dishes
available. If you require halal meat please let us know at least 7 days in advance and we can make this possible.
Can we bring our own wine?
Yes, the corkage fee is £30 per bottle. Sparkling wine is £40 per bottle.
Is the terrace covered/heated?
Our terraced area is available during the summer months, weather permitting. We can also provide blankets.
Do you require a Deposit?
We require a 50% deposit of the minimum spend agreed upon written confirmation.
This deposit is refundable up to two weeks
prior to the event, less a £50 handling charge.
Any cancellations within two weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Final guest count must be confirmed 3 working days prior to the event.
Final payment will be required one week prior to the event.
